What is Short-Term Disability Insurance?

Plan Rules:

  • Eligibility: Eligible full-time employees working 20+ hours per week

  • Coverage through OneAmerica

  • Must be actively at work on the effective date

  • Employees can start/stop sick leave to get through the elimination period

  • No Health Questions- EVERY YEAR!
