What is Vision Insurance?​

A health and wellness plan designed to reduce your costs for routine preventive eye care including eye exams and prescription eyewear (eyeglasses and contact lenses).

Plan Rules:

  • Eligibility: Eligible full-time employees working 20+ hours/week, spouse and dependent children* (up to age 26)

  • Coverage through MetLife

  • Claims must be submitted within 90 days of service

  • No waiting period or late entrant penalties​
